Handling of application data

If we receive your application via email (jobseurope@access-company.com)  or through the company’s Linkedin account we collect, process and use your personal data. Your application data is directly received by the HR Department and will be handled confidential. By technical and organizational measures it is guaranteed that your personal data will be treated in line with the legal regulations – confidentiality and safety are a given.

In case you have applied for a special position which had been already placed or we consider you also for another position or even better qualified we would like to forward your application within our company and the ACCESS affiliated group companies (ACCESS Co. Ltd., Japan, ACCESS Seoul Co. Ltd., ACCESS (Beijing) Co., Ltd., ACCESS AP TAIWAN Co., Ltd., IP Infusion Inc. Please be so kind as to inform us if you do not agree to this proceeding.
When the application process have been ended, however latest after 9 months your personal data will be deleted, unless you agree explicitely to the retention over a longer period.

Data Transfer to third parties

The data provided by you will be stored only as long as it is necessary for the purpose to be fulfilled or required by legal reasons. We do not hand on personal data to third parties unless it is required by governmental or judicial directions. Your personal data will generally not be sold. Furthermore personal data only may be transferred to affiliated group companies of ACCESS as it is necessary for the business or purpose for which you have provided the data to us. We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g. after fulfilling your request). Any mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected by this provision.
